Simon Yeung has nearly 20 years of experience in MRI system development, with extensive commercial and industrial experience across markets in USA, Europe & China. Mr. Yeung was the co-founding and Senior VP of Time Medical Systems, and also served as a consultant of several MR instrumentation companies focusing on advanced pulse sequence development. He also has valuable U.S. Food & Drug Administration, CE, MDD and China FDA regulatory affairs experience.
Mr. Yeung formerly worked as a research engineer at the MRI Engineering Center, at The University of Hong Kong. From 1998 to 2004 he concentrated on the development of Equestrian Mobile MRI systems and HTS phased array coils. Mr. Yeung also was a research associate at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City, where his involvement included the ultra-high field 4.2T spectroscopy imaging & processing program. He has published 12 papers and is a patent holder in the fields of electronics, superconductivity, RF circuits, MRI systems, and biomedical devices. His BS and M.Phil. degrees were earned through the EEE Department, at The University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Chong has nearly 20 years of experiences in the MRI industry. He specializes in system development, optimization and commercialization as well as regulatory application such as FDA, SFDA, CE. Mr. Chong has served as a system consultant to a China medical device company before joining Time Medical Systems.
Mr. Chong graduated from The University of Hong Kong. He was a Research Engineer at The Jockey Club MRI Engineering Centre at The University of Hong Kong from 2000 to 2004, focusing on system and image reconstruction methodology development.
